Joseph C. Ugwu is an author, speaker, filmmaker, technology founder, and Kingdom Ambassador. During his 2021–2022 national service year, Joseph founded and led Verdant Eco. Through Green Clubs, environmental education, broadcasts, and youth entrepreneurship programmes, the organisation translated conviction into practical community action.
The mission later expanded into technology and talent infrastructure. Joseph founded MetaEdx Inc., where he serves as Founder and CEO, building AI-powered systems for career intelligence, simulated experience, and verified skills.
Joseph founded Kingdom Paradigm Shift to confront a foundational problem: people cannot consistently build beyond the picture they hold of themselves. The movement restores identity before ambition and connects spiritual conviction with practical responsibility.
Its five-stage framework — Identity, Citizenship, Stewardship, Authority, and Transformation — moves people from spectatorship to purposeful action. It is expressed through keynotes, workshops, churches, campuses, books, and conversations designed to produce builders, not merely inspired audiences.
