People are often asked to show experience before they have been given a realistic way to gain it. The product hypothesis is that structured simulations and practical work can make capability more visible than a CV claim alone.
I shaped the concept around evidence: what a learner does, what the activity demonstrates and how that evidence becomes understandable to another person. This led to a journey connecting guided practice, assessment and a clearer account of demonstrated capability.
The current work includes the product concept, learning and assessment journey, platform structure and experience direction. The public project image represents the platform; detailed screen annotations will follow when the next documented product flow is ready.

The product remains in development. No user or hiring outcomes are claimed here without verified evidence. The intended measures include simulation completion, quality of submitted work and whether the resulting evidence helps people communicate capability more clearly.
The central challenge is balancing realism with accessibility. The next product decision is how to make simulations credible enough to matter while keeping them achievable for people still building experience.
